Returns, Refunds

If you wish to return your purchase, you're welcome to do so within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is returned in its original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a refund will be issued once the item has been received and inspected. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or any custom made pieces, as each item is handmade to order or produced in limited runs. However, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if your item is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Zoe@tinyterrastudios.com.au, including your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
