Shipping

Orders are packed with care and dispatched within 3–7 business days unless part of a custom order or pre-order. All items are handmade in small batches, so slight delays may occur during busy periods — we appreciate your patience. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on the way.

Returns, Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, as each item is handmade to order or produced in limited runs. However, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if your item is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Zoe@tinyterrastudios.com.au, including your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Product Variations

Each piece is individually handcrafted, meaning variations in colour, texture, glaze, and form are part of the natural process and are celebrated as part of the product's uniqueness. These are not considered faults, but part of the charm of slow, small-batch ceramics.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly. After that point, your piece may already be in production or packaged for delivery, and cancellations may not be possible.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty, in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. These orders may have extended lead times depending on the nature of the request and studio availability.
